Summer 2026Summer 2026 Undergraduate Internship - Client Relations
Explore a client-facing role within Fidelity's Workplace Participant Services. As an intern, you'll begin by shadowing associates and listening to live customer calls before progressing to handling calls independently, building confidence and communication skills. No finance background is required.
Program Components:
- •10-week world-class internship program for college students
- •Explore Fidelity's business and culture through centralized experience
- •Network with Fidelity associates and gain valuable organizational insights
- •Shadow associates and listen to live customer calls
- •Progress to handling calls independently
- •Build confidence and communication skills
Qualifications:
- •Interest in front-facing customer roles
- •Possess emotional quotient and customer service mindset
- •Career ambition and desire to continue education
- •Must return to coursework following internship
Hiring Process:
- 1.Application and resume review
- 2.Initial phone screening
- 3.Interviews on rolling basis throughout fall until program is full
- 4.Final selections and conditional offers
- 5.Role begins in June 2026

A 5-month equity portfolio management competition using Stock-Trak simulation platform

Team-based hedge fund simulation
$6,000 in prizes ($3,000, $2,000, $1,000)
Competition Details:
- •Manage quantitatively derived equity hedge fund portfolio
- •Daily portfolio management using Stock-Trak platform
- •Judged on compliance, investment return, and presentation quality
- •Final presentation required for top 10 finalist teams
- •Prizes: $3,000 (1st), $2,000 (2nd), $1,000 (3rd)

Investment pitch competition between UNM and New Mexico State University
Spring Semester
Pitch competition vs NMSU
Recognition and networking opportunities
Competition Details:
- •Head-to-head competition against NMSU investment club
- •Present investment pitches to panel of judges
